Currently, I’m a M.S./Ph.D. degree candidate for Electrical and Computer Engineering at SungKyunKwan University (SKKU).
My research focuses on hardware-software co-design for memory-centric AI systems, with an emphasis on DRAM- and HBM-based processing-in-memory (PIM) architectures for efficient and reliable LLM inference.
